Sheet Metal Parts

Sheet metal parts are found almost everywhere and our expertise can help you quickly and accurately make your enclosures, brackets, assemblies, weldments, cabinets, housings and other sheet metal parts including prototypes. Our facilities can handle from low to high volume production work.

How It Works – Sheet metal encompasses a wide range of processes to manipulate and shape sheets of metal into the required geometry. We use Hi-Tech equipment for bending, laser cutting, punching, welding and other processes to manufacture Sheet Metal Parts.

Fast turnaround time

We apply best practices in metal stamping design and manufacturing processes. Our two decades of expertise can provide you significant cost saving with fast turnaround time.

Our capabilities also include Waterjet, Laser Cutting & Metal Stampings.

Waterjet Cutting: Waterjet cutting technology enables us to cut intricate designs into any kind of flat material. All you have to do is provide us with a design and specify the material. Our Waterjet equipment uses a highly pressurized stream of water to cut through virtually any type of material. The narrow cutting stream and computer-controlled movement enable us to accurately and efficiently produce your parts. We are also equipped to handle your secondary machining or finishing requirements in our manufacturing facility.

Laser Cutting: Specializing in short to medium run jobs, custom projects and prototyping, Our Laser Cutting expertise can bring your vision to reality. Laser cutting process can handle glass, ceramic, metals, Mild Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel & Acrylic.

Metal Stamping: Custom Metal Stamping Capabilities, we provide expert design and development services for variety of components, ranging from small to large parts. We can provide prototyping services to facilitate high volume orders. Metal stamping is a manufacturing process used to convert flat metal sheets into specific shapes. Metal Stamping processes includes of metal forming techniques – blanking, punching, bending and piercing. Metal Stampings are widely used in industries like automotive, aerospace & medical. Parts manufactured by stamping process include: Electronic enclosures, Electronics Sheet Metal components, Heat Sinks and Medical Parts.

We also offers secondary processed such as plating, heat-treating, powder coating, and stress relieving. Our strict quality control ISO 9100 certified processed ensure quality parts delivered to our customers.

Stamping Basics: Stamping also known as pressing involves placing flat sheet metal, into a stamping press. Punching, blanking, bending, coining, embossing, and flanging are all stamping techniques used to shape the metal. To form, material to shape design engineer need to design stamping tooling with CAD/CAM Software. Punch shape needed to bend parts should be designed with very precise tolerances. Progressive Stamping die design can include many parts. Tooling design process is often complex and time-consuming. Stamping tool die can be manufactured using variety of machining, grinding, wire EDM and other manufacturing services.

In the past, we were forced to deal with complex network of suppliers, which was extremely aggravating to say the least. Their resources & diverse capabilities gave us confidence to make them as our preferred turnkey machining supplier.
